    I was wondering if an unlocked 8320 can be activated on Alltel. I would rather have wifi instead of gps and was wondering if it is possible.

    Not possible at all. The 8320 operates on GSM frequencies. Alltel operates on CDMA. The two networks are incompatible.

    Navi, I wish I could. T-mob is not available in my area. Alltel is about my only choice.
