I have two service providers - Tmobile and Verizon.
I purchased my Verizon BB Tour, got it unlocked and after hours troubleshooting with Tmobile - I am still unable to receive incoming calls or make outgoing calls using GSM-Tmobile. The emails, BES and internet appear fine with T-mobile.
So, what's the problem??? Thoughts??

This is a known problem. I can't for the life of me think as to why this is happening with T-mobile and not AT&T simcards.
