Called them and was told I've got to pay $185 ETF to get the cell I bought on my own wallet to work. About ready to get seriously ticked off again just from writing this. I'd love to "vote with my feet" and switch carriers but the others have even poorer coverage where I live. AT&T obviously knows that since the customer "service" is a joke.
