Nope because it doesn't support the frequencies.
Wrong, Bold 9000 will work on Bell new HSPA network (3G only). Bell even sells the 9000 which has same specs as the Rogers one.
cell - i tested yesterday at a bell store using their demo line sim, unlock bold 9000 doesn't work on their network for data only voice
now my next question is ... since telus is sharing the network with bell ... would an unlock telus phone work with bell's new network or same situation applies
Have a friend in Montreal using unlocked bold 9000 Rogers on Bell. You need to load the service books. Telus will as well if service books are loaded.

Service books are files that are sent from the carrier provided by rim to your device.
Or you can load them manually on your device.
