Got it early this morning. Haven't noticed any big changes, I am hoping for a fix for the camera focus issues. At least as much as the software can.

Wow!! I didn't notice the camera got screwed up until you guys mentioned it. This is REALLY screwed. They have to fixed this fast. Just checked my Verizon Z30 and that is just as bad now. So I'm concluding it is a BlackBerry update issue and not just a BlackBerry / AT&T Update issue.

For difficult shots, hold down the shutter button until desired focus is achieved, then release to take the shot.

Still nothing from AT&T here. I wish there was, to fix the new issues that 10.3.2.440 caused!

Also, I saw the mention of holding down the button to help get better pictures. I used to hit the button between the volume buttons or else hit anywhere on the screen. Since the update it only responds to blue button on screen. Anyone else have this? It made no improvement to my other camera annoyance. When I use QR code or bar code reading apps it takes a long time for it to focus, no matter if I hold it still or try moving in and out. Is there a fix for this?

Not only has AT&T not sent this update to Midwest, moron that was supposed to be a "level 2 tech support" agent isn't even aware that BlackBerry 10 OS has this many digits! I called to ask about something better than the 10.3.2.440 and she said 10.3.2 is highest that BlackBerry has sent to AT&T! I tried multiple times to explain that there has to be a 3 or 4 digit number AFTER the 2! I showed her 1779, 440 and the OP's update numbers but she insisted that 10.3.2 was it.

SO frustrated with the lack of training AT&T gives their people along with the obvious bias AT&T has against BlackBerry products! At both local stores they rarely bother to keep Blackberries charged or know about them! Just try to sell me an iCrap or an android. I REALLY Wish BlackBerry would make it so we could get updates from BlackBerry world the way Apple and Google do! Then we could ignore carrier bias more easily.

Since my update my text messages sometimes don't send now unless I turn my airplane mode off and on. I do that and they finaly send. Wierd. I'll be receiving messages while my sent items sit with timer.

I just got a pop-up saying I had (thankfully!) the option to update to 10.3.2.556 29 instead of being forced. After all the problems I'm having with the 10.3.2.440 I thought I would see if this one is a genuine improved build before I install anything! Has anyone had either positive or negative feedback on this? Thanks in advance, the resource of this group is very useful!

Just got mine about an hour ago, appears to be more stable on my Z10. The previous update was a complete mess. I have a Verizon branded Z10 also and it had no issues

10.3.2.556 is the software release for OS 10.3.2.858.

Similarly, 10.3.2.440 was the software release for OS 10.3.2.680.

Actually, I DID buy my Q10 And my son's Z30 from Amazon! Not only have I had many issues with not getting updates I found out yesterday that AT&T had the gall to lock my cell during the 10.3.2.440 update!! Before update I could put in SIM from another GSM carrier when I was out of the country or in an area where AT&T has poor signal (vs entire country having poor customer service!)

So I tried a T-Mobile SIM & even though the internal settings on my Q10 say not locked I got a pop-up that said device locked, contact your carrier. I did & was told that I would have it unlocked within 24-48hrs. Called yesterday and now they claim it's locked because it's still under a contract from Feb 2014! I had a Q10 die that I replaced with one from Amazon around that time but original contract began in May2013! Said I must pay $186 in early termination fees to unlock it despite it being not being locked in the 1st place! Grrr!

So yes, I'm saying that AT&T has locked me into their service on a cell I bought unlocked!

As for the thread question, now that I have it I'm waiting to install it until I discover whether or not 10.3.2.556 is any better than 10.3.2.440, since I have had such fun so far... ;-)
