Are we talking about the wifi-calling app? If the "off" is greyed-out you probably need to reload the MR. I am not having this issue.

Jose. I know how to reload the original OS, but maybe you should ask on the Z10 forum as there is probably a way to JUST reload the MR.

No, ours are frozen on "ON" not frozen "OFF". It was frozen "OFF" before the MR. Now frozen on "ON" after. Just can't win with these fools.

So, if you had it before the MR than you must have been on a leaked version. Don't know how that sorts. Have you tried downloading the app from BBerry world?

I wasn't on a leaked version. I was on officially-released T-Movile software. They erroneously released it two weeks before the MR as an OS update which many of us downloaded. Then it was frozen "OFF". Then I got a new warranty replacement phone (unrelated), and it was gone. Then it came back (frozen "ON") with the MR. The calling works fine, I just can't turn it off (without turning off wifi) or select preferences.

And yes I deleted the app and reinstalled from App World. Same result - frozen "ON".

Sadly no T-Mobile store near my apartment or I'd drop in this weekend. Maybe if I'm near one later in the weekend, I'll check in and see if they can fix it. Has anyone posted to the T-Mobile forums?

How do I do that? I went to "Restore" OS with Link, and it seems to be a restore to factory settings feature, which says it will delete all my content. But my "factory settings" don't have the MR. The MR was released after my phone came from the factory. Also, what about all my content? Do I need to restore to factory settings, then reload the MR, then restore content from a backup? Sounds like a pain...
