Hello,
i'm traveling to Europe zallemse , munch and maybe venice so wondering what carrier works cross countries without limitation on bandwidth ? i'll be staying for a month and need to check my emails and possibly tether via laptop to work from time to time

because the best offer i found for roaming in kuwait is VIVA unlimited BIS service but if i tether or download thats 6fils/Kbps (fils is 1/1000 of 1KD around 3.4 USD)

any recommendation for european provider ?
