My tour was fine before the update, once I updated I no longer have any hoizontal movement on my trackball, the trackball horizontal is 70 and vertical is 70, goes vertically fine

besides downgradeing how can i fix this?

This is most likely not a software issue. Probably jusy a coincidence. Just cleaning you trackball should correct this. There are many ways to clean it and a quick search on the forum should get you the best way to do it on your device. I just use some rubbing alcohol on a microfibre cloth and give it a good wipe and it works fine after.
