    So I got my Tour on release day and love it so far. However, I called Verizon yesterday to get an unlock code as I'm traveling to Mexico soon. I spent about half an hour on the phone with a Global Support rep only to find that the code they insisted was right wouldn't unlock my phone. Every time I tried to input the code it gave me the same error, "Code Error, Please wait." The customer service rep told me that when that message comes up it means that the phone is already unlocked. Now I'm not a phone unlocking guru or anything, but even I can read forums and tutorials. I know the phone isn't unlocked as it states under network, "Active". Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I only have 4 code entry tries left...

    Take your phone to a corporate store. Explain to the situation. Let THEM review the notes on your account and/or contact Global Support for you and have THEM try the unlock code. If they exceed the attempts, ask for a replacement phone.
