I've got the tmo 19.99. It's definitely worth it. BIS alone is good for breaking an SMS addiction.

My plan unlimited text is 20 but it's also family unlimited. 20 bucks for 3 lines is a sweet deal. Never could find that online, but when we call customer service that's what they offered us!

But yes, the unlimited data plan is only 19.99 but you have to pay for unlimited text if you want it.
No, I disagree. I pay 19.99 for unlimited data and I have no text plan, only My Faves Family plan.

Might be an older option that they had grandfathered in.

I switched from $print for T-MO, WiFi and customer service were my biggest concerns. I like calling customer service and getting a native english speaker, dang out sourcing

$19.99 is indeed correct and T-Mo is by far the best and smartest way to go. Been w them since 02', not one complaint.

the $20 BIS plan is an add on so you won't see it by itself, only the $30 solo one. And yeah, I just got my single line changed to Family Faves with 800 minutes, two BIS add-ons, and the family unlimited text from a store location, with a third line added for my sister in law. I pay less now splitting with them than on my single line lol. But I believe you do have to ask about the unlimited family text messaging

As far as I'm concerned the BB plan from Tmo is 29.99. Although I haven't checked recently.

yeah but if u want text messgaes they charge ya 14.99 i think for unlimited so it actually jacks the data plan up to 35 bucks like all the rest.
But they give you choices and that's truly what is all about. I'm sure people who don't need unlimited texts are ecstatic that they only have to pay $19.99 for unlimited data, and the people who want unlimited texts but don't need data, $14.99. I'll gladly pay an extra $4.99 to have the ability to save $9.99 or $14.99. (You would save 9.99 if you wanted data only and 14.99 if you wanted text only.)

Just thought I'd add... If you have a family plan with Tmo, you can get txting for everyone on your plan for only $19.99 USD. Which is a REAL value, and covers up to 5 lines.

I have two blackberrys on my t-mob. 700 minute my-fav (shared), 2 data plans, 400 text for me (that I rarely use), 1000 for the wife, 20% discount through work. My bill is less than $100 a month.

    Can't beat that!

Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com
You could always add unlimited texting for the family plan... 20 bucks

The 400 is 5 and the 1000 is 10... so 5 more a month for both of you to have unlimited messaging and I bet the wife would be happy!

Sorry I posted basically the same thing as you... didn't go to the last page and read everything before I responded to the other persons post!! But yeah, it is a great deal... my sister and I split the price of the unlimited because my parents sure as **** don't need it as much as us, though it is nice so they can get messages / pics once in a while and we don't have to get stuck in long convos with them when we are partying at school or doing something at work

Your parents must not be crackberry members if you posted this. I don't know what would bother them more, you not wanting to talk to them, or "partying at school" LMAO

I have a family myfaves plan and have the 19.99 BB unlimited plan on but when you go to see the different types of services that T-Mo offers you don't see that its 19.99 but 39.99 instead? if you go thru the steps to pick a phone > plan > then it takes you to the additional services like text messaging and internet, etc. It is there that you can see that its actually 19.99. I love T-Mo but this bug might turn away potential customers.

I think the 39.99 plan you are quoting is a BIS only plan. Basically you get internet only, no voice service.
