Are there any unlocked/different carrier versions of the phone that will work with both 3G/3.5G and the eventual LTE? I really wanted the phone in white but Verizon officially has an exclusive on that color.

Those are the wrong bands. I know for the 3G/3.5G network they use the 1700 frequency, but I am not sure what they will use for LTE.

GSMNation, bought the white one there earlier this week for $689. It is the RFF91LW model with AWS LTE. Spoke with them before I purchased and they said it works in CT on T-Mobile HSPA+ there. I'll be using it here in Boston on T-Mobile. Waiting on my SIM to arrive.... Grrrr

I have yet to find anyone selling the RFK121LW model. GSMNation stated that they don't have them, but are selling the RFF91LW to use on T-Mobile's MVNO Solavei.

Both models should work with T-Mobile. I'm using RFF91LW on Wind mobile in Canada and it's working great! I couldn't find RFK121LW. Wind and T-Mobile use the same frequency so they should work on T - Mobile

Yep, it works on T-mobile. Just activated my SIM. I get 4G, but no BB symbol unless I connect to WiFi... Anyone had this issue?

Update: T-Mobile added my new PIN to the account everything works now.

No LTE on that one. It's the 100-1

You are indeed correct, it appears newegg's listing is wrong. In the details they state its compatible with t-mobile's 3G service and it says it has LTE but the model number will indicate otherwise since its the RFG81UW.(stl100-1).
