Anyone know of ANY service that can unlock the 9530's from Telus?

i just spoke to someone from toronto that can unlock the telus 9530 and told me he has personally done so! the downside is it takes up to 14 days and costs 125.00 to do it,
he doesnt take paypal but he has a shop in town that you can do it also,
the remote unlock is what takes 14 days.
