How do you get the updates with Koodo? I never do. I thought since koodo doesn't officially support Z30, we'll never get the notification on the phone??. I've to do it via either BB link (which fails most of the time) or download the autoloader from here and do it.

I'm on Koodo and I got the update on the Z30 just fine when I was at home on wifi. In settings under about, sim card, it says carrier is Telus. This is a Koodo sim I bought 2 months ago. See if yours says Telus or something else.

My daughter had to bring in her Q10 that already had the update in for repair ....they gave her a loaner phone....that not only don't have the update making it incapable of putting her back up on it.... but it won't even recognise BlackBerry link.... apparently they don't have another device to loan either .... poor girl is flipping as she is I. A intense post secondary businesses program that she depends on her devise...literally she has made daily trips to Telus Trying to get her in warranty device fixed... two things may happen here.... 2) loss of Client...and long time BlackBerry user bailing....

She lost her whole "spring break" /reading week....to the whole phone issue trying to resolve... lecture info.... placement contacts.... business program contacts ..work schedule ... she is picking up a iPhone this weekend.... BlackBerry lost her after several years....

I understand. I have loved my Z10, multiple Z30's and passports and nothing will compare but I now carry a Nexus 5 to compliment my Passport. Photos and Clash of clans and fb are just better on Android but I do NOT touch any banking or payment apps on it.
