    It may still be possible to do with Link - I haven't tried that yet and I'm not terribly concerned even if it is.

    I was just advised that this change occurred and wanted to verify and I can definitely confirm that OTA updates 10.3.1 are no longer available.

    It will be available again as soon as they push the MR2 which is the second maintenance update. First one wasn't pushed but leaked for passport.

    Huh - For a second I thought you were talking about a BES release as I've never heard of MR releases on the handsets themselves... so I'm assuming they are prepping to push an newer 10.3.1.x build instead?

    Yes. They decided to pull the update specifically to push the newer build which could be out by this week. Also this is to avoid carrier complaints from their end.
