Just visited a Telstra store in Sydney. I am 100% BlackBerry supporter and user of Z10 & PlayBook. My wife and mum also operate a Z10 plus my son a PlayBook. You get the picture that we are a BlackBerry family.

So I just wanted to have a look at the Z30 as I will pass my Z10 onto my son.

The sales guy I was talking to admitted none of the staff there had any clue how to operate the Z30 or Q10. I think this is very common over all other retailers.

Haven't found the Z30 either whenever I go to the shopping centres in Sydney. Still trying to get my hands on the Z30 to trial the experience...but will have to be content with my Z10 for now

Every Telstra shop I've visited has the z30 and q10 somewhere out the back. No sales staff have ever approached me tho while I played around with them

Most Telstra shops have a display model. When I bought my Q10 I had to go to a different store as none of my locals actually had stock on hand.
Macquarie Centre Telstra shop actually had a reasonable number of accessories but no handsets.
