Got this survey about Passport today. Long and detailed. Took me almost 30 minutes to finish. Multiple choice and free text answers.

Did anyone catch the question about NFC payments.. Maybe I've just missed it but do we have that as an option with the AT&T Passport?? If so any ideas on what I need to do to get it setup?

This is great to see, as they could be interested to see if the exclusive deal was worth it. At least they are reaching out to find out more about it, unlike Verizon that doesn't care about what the consumer thinks.

I had one for the Classic -- very detailed, NFC mentioned in it too. One of the questions I also had was why I picked the Classic over the Passport... so it's interesting to see Passport users get a similar survey. Did yours ask you why you picked the Passport over the classic?

Yep we had a specific question of why the Passport vs Classic.. weird about the NFC.. I can't seem to find anything about how to activate or use that feature..

Why would you need an explanation? It appears you running an updated 10.3.1 OS from your signature.

How about an honest review of strengths and weaknesses?

I honestly raved about it.

I wrote one complaint about ATT being slow pushing updates and hasn't released one yet. There was a curious question asking if I updated the OS. I said yes (10.3.1.2582). Evidently they want to know how many off us install non-ATT updates.

I received the survey, too, and completed it today. I love my Passport and of course gave a rave review. I would have liked the opportunity to complain about AT&T's lack of marketing and support for BlackBerry in my town, but other than that it was a pretty thorough questionnaire. I believe AT&T is sending these out regardless of the type of phone you have; my boyfriend has an iPhone 6 and received a similar survey. He included in his feedback that he was disappointed with his purchase and wished he'd gotten a Blackberry! He said after that he was directed to a bunch of questions clarifying why he wasn't happy with the iPhone. I thought that was amusing.
