Which updated OS? Also, just because you don't see/have the wifi-calling app, doesn't mean the phone doesn't have it.

You will need this one to get WFC. And it will not come OTA, you need to use an auto loader etc.

Also remember, once you load this OS, if you get an offer at sometime in the future of an OTA update, don't load it as it will kill WFC.

ONE LAST THING... be sure you know your BBerry ID in case you get asked.

I know this is how it has been in the past, but are we sure this is how it's going to be going forward too? I see no reason why it would change, but then I saw no reason why TMO would have allowed WFC on unsupported phones either...

In the past they never supported WFC for BlackBerry's they never sold. But I can confirm that there is WFC on my family's Z30's.

In sure the next leak will break the WFC. Probably 10.3.3 (if it happens next March) will break it too. Unless T-Mobile does this again.

I think it's cool they included all BlackBerry's in this. It makes sense since they advertise you can bring any phone you want to the network.

Sure I would think the next leak would break it but hopefully not the next official update from TMO for the Classic which I hope they would keep whitelisted.

If I remember correctly, back when I got my z10 through T-Mobile and WiFi calling was working, leaks didnt break Wi-Fi Calling until the fallout between BlackBerry and T-Mobile. Correct me if I'm wrong..

I would think the next leak has a greater chance of breaking Wi-Fi Calling than subsequent leaks as T-Mobile Wi-Fi Calling becomes a standard part of the OS.

Furthermore, it does make sense that all BlackBerry 10 devices not sold or supported by T-Mobile will get and keep Wi-Fi Calling because they want entice get more people to join T-Mobile from say AT&T who will also feature Wi-Fi Calling soon.

Sort of. My Z10 (bought at T-mo on first day of sales) did not yet have WFC. After it dropped, ANY leak would break it. You had to load ONLY the T-mo sanctioned OTA update. This "leak" is actually a sanctioned release for the Classic made available for other phones.

Everyone should be running the same revision 127 from 2+ years ago. Nothing newer has been released.

It's linked at the bottom of the .2789 thread or available in BBW if browsing from a T-Mobile tower.

Thanks I can confirm WiFi Calling works on latest leak 10.3.2.2876 with 10.3.2.2814 radio.
