I just called T Mobile. I tried to order 2 BlackBerry Z10. They said they no longer have any BlackBerry Z10 in stock. Only q10 are available.

Not to mention they also say the Z10 is available! But both can be true. The insurance company probably keeps its own stock of phones, and they could be out of Q10s (that's not exactly what they said, but I digress.) But I find TMO's claim of being out of Z10s (for new purchases, assuming that's what the OP was trying to do, and not a refurb replacement) more believable considering they're not authorized/licensed, etc. to sell them anymore.

The lack of professionalism is beyond belief with t-mobile. A close friend of mine that works as an associate there told me straight up. They do have them in stock but because they are basically trying to get rid of them where they are, and not ship them to a costumer (it costs money), many associates will tell you they're not available when they actually are. Also you need a special work order that many associates are way to lazy to process in other words it is always much easier to try and sell you an android or ibloat device.

BlackBerry rescinded T-Mobile USA's authorization to sell BlackBerry products as of the end of April. I'm surprised they're offering you anything.

Update. Just ordered 2 BlackBerry Z10 from T mobile store in San Antonio TX. The said both z10 will be refurbished models because they are out of new Z10 models. They still have new Q10 models. I'll post again when I receive them in the mail.

If that's pre-tax, not a good deal at all (unless, I guess, you're in JUMP or something, and these phones qualify.) You can get new Z10s from BlackBerry for $200 pre-tax.

If you get a new Z10 or Q10 directly from ShopBlackBerry, you can take it to either TMO or AT&T.
