    Just noticed my Z10 isn't showing the blackberry symbol since this morning. I live in Dayton Ohio. If I connect to wifi it will appear. Any ideas??? I have tried multiple battery pulls.

    Did both resets and battery pull.....

    Removed sim card, put battery in, powered up received 10.3 OS, placed sim card back in and everything is working again... wahoo

    Settings - About - Network - Overflow - Register BlackBerry

    If still doesn't work, contact your service provider

    Sometimes happens to me. Usually turning on airplane mode and then turning it off works for me.
