AT&T CS doesn't know what I mean when I say I want to release my PIN
I am pretty frustrated right now. Yesterday I ported over to T-Mobile after
2 1/2 years with AT&T. It's just going to be better pricing wise for me on TMO.
Well I called AT&T so they can release my PIN from BIS for my Bold 9000\
I went through three different departments and nobody knows what to do or
what I'm talking about. They referred me over to RIM CS but I am not about
to pay $50 for a talk with them. I've never been in contact with a bigger
group of space cadets then I just was earlier.
Can someone please point me into the direction of what department I should
be talking to? Or ask to be directed to since they don't seem to know even
themselves? This is really frustrating.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
