My Husband and I are on a family plan with data for my bb. We are divorcing and need to go on individual plans. How will that work? Will we be charged an EFT for my line?

I doubt you will be charged ETF as you are paying more individually x 2 than on a single family plan. Just explain and negotiate.

You can do an assumption of liability and take your line from his account and open your own (or vice versa) with it. They will run your credit and tell you if a deposit needs to be paid or not. This way, you keep your number and avoid an ETF.
