Any ideas here? The SIMS aren't compatible with these two, so just switching it like I was doing between all other BB10 devices won't work. In addition, going to the Verizon website and doing a device switch/activate doesn't work, and it gives me a phone number to call. When I call the number it just tells me to switch the SIM.

I'm stuck.

EDIT: Should have searched more first - I used the method of just inserting the nano sim into the Q10 without an adapter. I offset it a bit to the right, and voila, perfect service!
