What sucks is they messed up on our account, didnt change the upgrade date on a phone when we mailed it back. Well, now my hubs cant upgrade before he goes out of town bc there are no managers to over-ride the screw up... amazing! Grrrr!

I wont order it through telesales again. That was a nightmare. LMAO! Plus he leaves at 0600hrs so .... he was wanting it tonight! Go figure!

I usually purchase either via phone or online, depending if there's a VMIR or an instant. Never had a problem. Plus I get the phone via FedEx the next morning and don't have to take time out to drive to a corp store.
