    When I go to sign in I get this message:

    The PCS Phone Number and password you entered do not match and cannot be validated.

    I got it earlier, then I was able to sign in about 30 minutes ago, and now I'm getting it again. WTF, mate.

    I can sign in, but the usage information was down temporarily. I log in with a username though, not my number.

    Everyone logs in with a username. That's why I found this odd. Everything seems to be working now, though, so I'm hoping it was only a minor hiccup.

    TheBiles, if you've been with Sprint for a while (before the account conversion to Ensemble), then you will get this error message every now and then. When I was on the old billing system, we signed in with the number, but when it was updated, it was changed to a "username"

    I've gotten it every now and then. The site does have its hiccups every once and a while...
