had the same problem did a diagnostic on the phone and it said no connection to blackberry registration and not connected to blackberry. Went in to service books re sent provisioning books and voila back in business

I'm having a brain dump.
How do I resend my provisioning service books?

When did you hire your photog and when was your wedding? This one is in March 2010 and I booked an October 2010 over the summer. I think it was in June.

I removed sprint TV long ago....
I don't understand why FB uses BIS. Seems it would be faster with a straight connection to FB. Unless RIM formats the info on some server inbetween.

Yes,

Mobile Network. The only mobile..whatever in Options.

Sure you do. Every Tour has it.

Click Options, 2/3 of the way down is Mobile Network. Click it, then click your BB menu button and choose "Update Preferred Network List"

BTW I can provision now (couldn't earlier) but it still doesn't give me my data.

where? when i go into Moblile Network and press the Menu Key I dont have it. I have:
Update Profile
Update Perferred List
Help
Diagnostics Test
Tools (which gives me: DNS Lookup, Ping)
Switch Application
Close

Provisioning right before a batt pull just did it for me.
Up and running.
