Just talked to a Sprint Rep. She said this is a national issue and not just Sprint phones.They told me it could be up and running at anytime. She is going to call me back in a couple hours.

Go into your BB internet service, click on help. Resend from there

A $25 credit is nothing? Heck that's 25% of my bill. I'd take that! I'm only paying $3 a day to begin with so that'd be like getting 6 days free!
