    Try it out, it's free. If you don't like it just delete it. I have never used anything other than Flycast and I rarely use that one.

    That's interesting - I was under the impression that when I bought the phone - not leased it or rented it mind you - that I indeed owned the phone and all rights to it. Apparently, that is not the case, because all the software on the phone is not mine? That makes no sense.
    By buying a phone, you do own the phone. You can do anything you want to it, and no one can do anything to it without your permission. And it may be arguable that by buying a phone, you purchased the right to use one copy of any software that was installed at the time of purchase.

    However, by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for Verizon's phone service, you voluntarily agree to give up some of those "rights".

    You can't voluntarily give up something by signing a contract, then later complain that you lost that very thing which you agreed to give up.
