Can someone direct me where to go so I can personalize this message? I've seen it done but for the life of me, can't figure out how to do it.

I'm sure it's something simple but I'm fairly new to the BB family.

I can't post a link since I'm new, but do a google search for Blackberry Internet Service Verizon Wireless - and then use the link to log in.

Log in here to control your email settings. If you don't have an account created, create one. If you do, enter your PIN which you can get from your STATUS screen.

Create a BIS account HERE.

Scroll to the bottom and click on the Verizon link and create your BIS account.

i changed mine some time ago but it was weird because it said my pin already existed (i don't recall ever setting anything up but who knows) so i had to do it from my phone...
