Anyone else getting this issue? Call Rogers vm and when I enter my pw the digits enter multiple times even though I press then once. It's as if the touch screen digits stick like a keyboard that had gone spilled on it. (please no Pepsi syndrome jokes).

And you are certain the device was not dropped or exposed to moisture?

It's a Z10. The touch screen keyboard works fine for everything else....its just the voicemail app. it does work if I'm slow entering the pw. But if I make a phone call, it works fine at my normal speed.

If you are cool with it go into the settings in the phone app there is a voicemail section. Set your password in there that way when you call it will automatically enter it for you
