Took a gander at Rogers' Wireless page and noticed the Curve 8900 is no longer being offered. I guess that's because the Curve 9300 is here... 'tis a sad day... I'm still loving my 8900... for now...

Not sure about that reasoning exactly as the new Curve is a shadow of the 8900. I think the 8900 is the last of the good Curves. The new ones are really just low end shadows of their former selves. It's really sad as I love the keyboard over the Bold series any day.
I'm just assuming Rogers is trimming down their "Curve" offering... I totally agree though... the 8900 has always been the "flagship Curve" in my eyes... the others (including the 9300) don't come close as far as look, feel and build quality. If only the 8900 had 3G... and a track pad... dare to dream... ;)
And thus ends the affair with my beloved 8900... say hello to 9700... I have moved on.
