Hmm the article seems contradictory then
"The Toronto-based company will relaunch Fido on Tuesday, according to the National Post, with new plans and a new logo. Rogers will also scrap the $6.95 monthly system access fee on postpaid customers. Prepaid Rogers and Fido customers already do not pay the fee"
and then further down they have the statement you quoted.
doubtful, i believe they had bb's on fido before but not anymore, rogers is trying to brand fido for the younger consumer' and rogers would be for more of the business oriented or those willing to get into contracts.
