got a bold 9700 i was checking my bill online and i get charged
2.58 for the regulatory fee. Thats fine but then it says
Call Forwarding/Transfer - $3.00 - Monthly
can i cancel this? i dont use call forwarding or anything and i dont need it is it possible to cancel this
You have a corresponding credit for it... so you aren't paying for it.
But feel free to call and complain about it. I dont' think you'll get much out of it.

It's giving you 2500 call forwarding (local) mins. if you call forward to a long distance number, your local air time will be free for up to 2500 mins. but you'll still get charged long distance.
If ya never use, don't worry about it.
thanks alot guys for clearing that up i never noticed it just negoiated a new plan and was looking and was like thats stupid i am getting charged 3 bucks for something i'll never use..thanks alot!
