If I get a phone from Walmart of Best buy will I be able to have it exchanged out at a Corporate store if its not working right or does the corporate stores only handle warranty issues for phones THEY sold you?

I would assume you will need to return it to the original location of purchase...
You would be required to return it to the place you bought for returns/exchanges. The stores can usually handle warranty issues, though.

Yeah that makes sense since VZ is Motorola's agent, not the original seller of the phone.
Kinda a dumb question.
Another reason why I like buying directly from VZ
1st - 30 days = Responsibility falls within the store you purchased from
31st - 365 days = Responsibility falls within Manufacturers Warranty (Verizon Honors Warranty)
This doesnt apply to phones purchased from a non-authorized seller (ie Ebay, your friend, etc), phones that have transfered accounts (ie Assumption of Liability) or phone lines that have past the 1yr warranty mark.
Yeah, I like that day 31-365 I can being it to a VZ store of I bought it from them.
Verizon told me they do not honor any warranty on phones not purchased directly purchased from them.

If this was presented in this manor, it is a bit broad. The right info is that contained in post #5. Indirect or authorized agents are considered as buying a device from VZW.
