My 8530 died today (weird problem... http://forums.crackberry.com/f143/85...ks-red-385906/) so I used *228 option 3 to reactivate my old Flip 8230.

Previously, the Flip had been on BES. When I got the 8530, I deactivated the Flip and put the 8530 on BES. Now that I have reactivated the Flip with Verizon, I need to reactivate it with BES, but I am having trouble. Whenever I go to Enterprise Activation and enter my password and click "Activate," it says there is an error and tells me to contact the administrator.

My firm's IT people are slow so I thought I would see if anybody here knows a quick fix before I contact IT. In the past, all I've had to do is enter my email address and Enterprise password, and it has worked.

    Thanks.

I think some BES systems are set up to where the password changes...

Also, I believe the BES admin has to re add the PIN into their system
