I live in Norfolk, VA, and my Q10 just will not stay connected to the data network. I have tried a few different Radio files, and none of them seem to work any better than another. i am running sprints official OS 10.2.1.2758 with Radio file 10.2.1.2142(yes i had 10.2.1.2759 installed). I can be standing in the same spot and watch my signal go from 4G down to 1X and off the network completely in a manner of seconds, without moving either myself or the phone. I turn off my mobile network, wait a few seconds and turn it back on, and it will go back to 4G, but then back to 1X again. My Gf has a Nexus 5, and she never has signal problems, she can be sitting next to me on 3G, and my phone will be on 1X.

Anyone have any suggestions on a diff radio file to try?

go here and try some more radio, on my Q10 i had change my network techn setting down to the one wtihout gsm listed, and it helped quite a bit,

I am having this issue as well. It's Sprint, Not you.

Drop them. I'm having the same problem. It sucks.

Go back to 10.1 and ur golden. This is a Sprint problem my mother is on her fourth and last Sprint Q10 . It seem once you go 10.2.1 on Sprint this may happen.

would love to, but since i get a great employee discount with them and no one else through work, i stay till i can afford something/someone else.

it has only been in the past couple of weeks that this has been happening. all the 10.2.1 leaks i had been on worked great. so Like Deathcommand said above, it is most likely Sprint

that is what i have it on. it is better, but still loses signal at times

Got the same problem with TMobile DE and PL
I think its something with the radiofiles

Not much improvement for me on CDMA/LTE. My phone still drops data all the time. I guess I will be going back to sprint for another phone this weekend

Same here, once I it goes to 3g no calls are accepted it takes about 2 tries if I need to make a call to make it go roaming to make the call.

hell if i see 3G, i just kill my mobile network, and restart it, that usually fixes it, but having to do that 30 times a day, is getting old.
