So I just received a replacement Tour from Verizon the other day. This is now my third Tour I am on. Besides that's, when I go to send a text message it give me an error saying "Network Problems" "SMS Error 3". This has been happening thr last couple of days. What could be the problem? Everyone else I ask does not have any problems sending text messages. Could it be the phone?

I have been getting the same error the past two days. I t seems that the text message goes through though.

If its a replacement I would say start all over.
Wipe that device(after a backup) and reinstall all apps and update your prl *228 opt 2.
