    I got my curve in the mail yesterday and noticed a problem today. When I push the side volume button + i get a click, but when I push - i do not get a click and i have to push hard for it to work. Should I ignore this or get a new phone? Can I exchange in a sprint store even though I ordered through the sprint 1-800 number?

    You shouldn't have a problem with a store exchange, but phone ahead to confirm.
