has anyone here had the problem where dm will not stay open while the smartview/pc card window is open. i have resulted to having to use the "connect to cdma" icon via start button , while the card is plugged into the laptop, if i want to use the media portion or synch up.

instead of just clicking on the smartview icon like i normally would do if i did not have the bb plugged in or need to sync up. as soon as i plug in the card smartview opens, but when i attempt to open dm at the same time, dm stays open for about a 5 seconds and then just closes.

final: i can have dm open and smartview open at the same time as long as i don't open the smartview window.

You need to unistall and reinstall the DTM and also Sprint Smartview. Then reinstall.
