    Options/Mobile Network/Menu Key/Update Preferred List.

Then dial #4357* and hit send. You should see this...

Just call or email Sprint and tell them you would like to have your account flagged for the latest PRL update. After they do it, you call back *2 and it updates.

It gives you a better range of 'options' when you are roaming and how determines how it behaves on other providers. For example, how your BB would act on Verizon's roaming network.

When you call *2 after you get flagged do you have to do anything or just call and hang up?

When you call it will say "Updating blah blah, please wait until done" or something like that.

When I call it says activating on my screen but, the operator comes on and starts asking me to press buttons like it would normally. Then it automatically connects me to some one before it finishes activating.
