    Hi,
    I just bought Blackberry Storm and the seller said that it is unlocked. So, I put my T Mobile sim card and I received a message that says, "Premium Messaging to this mobile number has been blocked. Only account owner may request a change to this setting with his/her wireless service provider."
    Also, I don't have network coverage. It says SOS.

    What should I do now?

    It's probably not unlocked then. horizonwirelessonline.com might be able to help you. Might cost you but at least you can use your T-Mobile card.

    Also try doing this, Options > Network then Network Technology, change it from Global to GSM.

    Ok i didnt have that problem with my storm but heard about people who have i went to a store and they unlocked mine for me i had to pay 50 dollars but it only took 5 mins and i havent had any problems it read my sim right away so like the other person said seems like its not unlocked
