    i just got an unlocked for tmobile bb storm and i have the data plan but no matter where i go the service has bars but has 1x next to it and wont send text messages or go on the internet
    please help

    Did you try GSM mode ? Do you have sim card in it ?

    Yes...set the mobile network options to GSM, then change network mode to 2G, and make sure your SIM is in.
