so I bought this new att bbcurve, unlocked right, so I went online to get my phone unlocked, well after Im povided with my phone code I enter it and I get a "code error, please wait...." message, WTF is that all about ? I have made a few calls, sent a few emails and still no answer to this can anyone help or know why im getting this message ?

gsmphonesource.com i got a 16#code not sure if it has to be that long ? now like i said i get a code error mesage and I have only 1 more try
