    I hate when Bell sends our your BlackBerry for repair and it comes back with out the 30$i shield that you just put on the phone. Pay the premium coverage. You would figure it would be covered. They didn't mention that I wouldn't get it back.

    Rule of thumb: Send the phone and the phone alone. Remove all accessories before you ship it.

    At least BlackBerry lists this clearly on the instructions they send.

    That's what I meant. BlackBerry, on the event of they asking you to send a device for repairs, sends clear instructions to remove everything (fact is, you may get a replacement instead of the device you sent).

    The guy/girl at the stor should have warned you. :/
