    Nothing like a company complaining about customers using the service they signed up for and pay for as if its their fault they have limited capabilities and obvious poor planning. "Yep, We've got an excuse for that"

    It would be like telling my personal training clients, "Look, I know you pay me every month to get you in shape and to use my gym, but hey, you know, you're taking up too much of my time...even though you paid for an hour...its really hurting my business. And stop using the equipment so much...its getting to look used! Thank you for your patronage. Don't forget your check next month"
