Anyone experiencing slow email time? I have my accounts set up to forward everything to my BIS address. Usually emails arrive instantly. It is taking about 20 minutes.
Same here. I use to be able to sit at my computer with GMAIL Notifier and my 8830 in the holster and it would be about 3 minutes sooned than the Notifier. Now, it's about 5-15 minutes later.
Yup, same here! I called tech about it. They tried to tell me its on RIMs part. I told them its not because I have a friend that has ATT and Alltel and they can send and receive emails just fine. Stupid tech.
Just spoke with VZW tech and their Blackberry tech as I've been experiencing 15-35 minute email delays as well. It took a good half hour of waiting on hold for the most part, but they did acknowledge there was a problem with the network, but that it was resolved just a couple of hours ago. I haven't yet noticed if it was corrected personally, but VZW says it is all set.
Verizon said they corrected it the other day when I spoke with them, however in Boston now I'm experiencing a minimum 8 minute delay on emails. Starting to **** me off now...
Seems to be back in PA. This is getting a little tiresome wondering if the email will work minute by minute. Heard mixed explanations on what is wrong, one time it is RIM, next it's the Verizon Network.
