Has anyone heard if Bell is releasing the Storm OS 5.0 or are they just going to say f**k you to all of us?

Well, you can always install it and delete the vendor.xml from other carriers.

I've installed it and love it! I wish Bell would release one but I installed the Verizon and would never go back.

I deleted the vendor.xml file with the instructions.

Yep, deleting the vendor file makes no difference as regards to being on the Bell network.

I was in talking to a Bell rep yesterday. He told me he was talking to the BlackBerry rep who said a big update is coming out for the Storm in December, for those of you who want to wait for an official update

I think bell going to wait it out until they got all the bugs work out I mean everything is fine but sometimes the os does lag but other then that it all good! I dont mind the unoffical release
