My brother is currently on the 25 bucks 500mb data plan. He doesn't need all that data since he really only uses BBM however he still does the occasional browsing like facebook and finding addresses/locations, etc on Google. At most he uses around 3mb/month of data. Now I heard that if your on the 15 dollar email plan you can browse all you want on Opera Mini browser without getting charged for extra data usage. Is this true? There was a thread started a while back on this but that was back in 2008.
