    I got the Text aswell,but hang on it appears that i will move over to 4G if i go into a 4G area.Thats crap really as for me living near Bath there is no 4G.Looking on the O2 coverage map it seems i will have to go to either London,Manchester Liverpool area,zilch here in the Southwest even Bristol aint got it yet.

    I live in a 3g area but I travel a lot. When I asked about the 3g upgrade it was going to be another �2 on my existing plan. They did however offer me an early phone upgrade.

    Living here in Belfast and got a text late last night from o2 saying that from Sept 30th I will be in a 4g area today sept 30th i've followed their instructions turning off my mobile then back on, and there's the 4g symbol top right hand corner. Seems though my aim card isn't a 4g one, so to get the best according to o2 I need to order 4g card free from them.

    Contacted o2 today complaining that my miserable 1gig if data was rubbish on 4g. They've updated me to 5gig for three quid extra.

    So how much do you pay now? - Was that through online? I have complained before that 3G doesn't work at all in my city center but is fine everywhere else. I got nowhere

    Was on the phone to them. Got a very nice customer service lady. I'm not paying 37quid monthly for everything unlimited to all networks with 5gig of data. Wherever I am in city centre or further afield I can get a signal and have had no problem logging onto the net. Best job I've got from o2
