Email is [email protected]
Customer Service can be reached by dialling *2.
Sometimes it helps to request a Supervisor or another CSR. It shouldn't be that difficult to work out.

thanks for the email i called customer service and apparently they wont waive the fee's.... saying i have to go to best buy and if i return the phone i have to pay a restocking fee.. how can sprint charge me that **** if im not getting the phones from them wtf... should i call retentions or what exactly should i ask for or do
As for how it works between Best Buy and Sprint, I'll not try and bluff my way through, I don't know how they reconcile these issues. There are others that have, and maybe one will chime in shortly. I've always dealt directly with my local corporate store, taken a competitor's ad, and they've matched it or made me a better deal.

its bs because a rep from me calling sprint put a *note* saying not to issue me a credit which really pissed me off because i see this as a negative note and this girl sounded like she was a **** ... I have been with sprint for so long that it makes me mad that a general question leads a newbie or a young rep decide to leave a note like that on my account
That would be an unpleasant thing, and I would definitely address that issue up the chain of command. I've emailed to the address I gave you, you will get a review and response very quickly. It may seem trivial, but I can tell someone has provoked your ire.

thank you . yes i got mad because i rarely have any issues with sprint. and i always pay my bill on time and i even got autopay .. so im not a bad client i always got my bill covered. and i dont need a snotty rep < to leave bad notes...
I concur, I would definitely contact someone at the Supervisory level and request a review. They keep contact informtion and can look into how it was handled. The only issue I've never gotten resolved satisfactorily is my initial on my name. I still tease them about that.
I never complain to the service personnel to them, I lay it at the boss' feet.

No, who you need to talk to is someone in the escalations department, I can put money on it that you will get your money
what should i ask? transfer me to the escalations department?
Yup, I had a my issue with the Tour and after I got transferred a few times and hung up on, lol, I eventually got to the escalations department and I nearly got my issue resolved but that fell through so I tried my luck and asked to to transferred to the escalations department, now there's different escalation department so your going to have to ask for the right one or at least ask for escalations department and tell them your situation because they will make sure you get to the right person before they transfer you out, this was the only way that they let me get my HTC Hero!!! The trackball issue with the Tour was pissing me off big time
ok ill do it when i get home from work.. they rather let me cancel 2 of my lines from a 2 yr contract ( no eTf) then credit me $18...bill
Just pay the 18 bucks if thats the case. You will pay way more than that on those other networks in the first week of service:D
why pay if i was told i wouldnt have to pay
Because that is the Sprint way... Someone tells you X, you get Y :p
Its called retentions department. They should waive the fee for you if you tell them you are really considering leaving Sprint.
ha so true.. what makes me more mad is the fact a snotty rep with a 2 min call leaves a bad note on my account.. she made matters worse by doing that..
+1 Dans email solved my problem the lady was nice enough to give me the credit but from now on if i buy from BB ill make sure they note my account to get it waived so i wont have to go through this again
So you went to BB and purchased a phone and trust something that they told you and are mad at Sprint?
Am I missing something here?
yes you are, obvisously you didnt read the whole thread so before making comments like that please read it before bashing
I did read the whole thread and it doesn't give much in the way of details. Wasn't bashing, just trying to get details but if you want to take things offensively then feel free.
i stated 2-3 times that a snotty rep no longer then 2 min call about a general question gave me a bad note on my account without explaining herself . that wasn't you trying to get details that was you making a remark for the credit..
