Rogers hasn't released it yet for the Z30... or it's at least not showing up on Sachesi.
Same problem. Can't get this update for my Z30. Can't migrate from my Z10 because of this!! Why is Rogers holding on to this update??

The wireless carriers stagger the roll-out of operating system updates across a device family to prevent overwhelming the servers at BlackBerry NOC and their own wireless network. Also, each device requires sign-off by the carrier. Since the BlackBerry Z30 is the newest smartphone / phablet it makes sense it is the last to receive the latest update.

I'm hoping to receive my Z30 from Verizon tmw to use on ATT. How will I get the 10.2.1 latest update? I just checked Sachesi and nothing is showing up still..I don't wanna use a leak.
